Juiced Zucchini

Wash 2 zucchini.

Shred.

Soak in cold water to increase crispness.
4.
Take a small bowl, pour in flavor, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to make a sauce.
5.
Sprinkle in the minced garlic and just add it before eating.
Tips:
Don't pour the juice too early, it won't taste good if it's marinated!
