Juicing Cucumber

2 cucumbers, washed, 1 piece of green onion, 3 pieces of garlic, 1 piece of ginger.

Cut the cucumber into thick slices with a hob, mince green onion, garlic, and ginger separately and put them in a bowl. Take a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a little salt. I added 1/ 4 tablespoons.

Heat the pan, add a little oil, pour the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic into the pan and fry it until it is fragrant. Pour in the adjusted soup to bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

After the soup has warmed up, add sesame oil and pour it on the cucumber.
