Jujube and Pumpkin Soup

Cut the pumpkin into pieces, cut the red dates in half and remove the pits. Wash the wolfberry and set aside.

Bring the water to a boil, add the pumpkin cubes and red dates, and simmer over medium heat.

When the pumpkin is slightly softened, add goji berries and cook together.
4.
Add rock sugar and stir.
Tips:
The pumpkin itself is sweet and the amount of rock sugar can be increased or decreased as appropriate.
