Jujube Pork Ribs

Soak the ribs for more than 2 hours in advance to remove blood water, until the water is clear and drained.

Soak the dried red dates for half an hour in advance, and save the water for soaking the dates.

Pour a little oil into the pan, add the drained ribs and stir fry until the surface is slightly yellow.

Pour in white wine and rice wine and stir-fry until the alcohol vapor evaporates.

Add tomato sauce and fry until colored.

Pour in the jujube water, and then pour in the right amount of water until the water is over the ribs, add rock sugar and soy sauce, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about half an hour.

When the water is 1/2 remaining, add the soaked jujube and some salt and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes.

Turn to high heat to collect the juice, and quickly stir-fry until the soup is almost dry.
9.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cooked white sesame seeds and stir well.
