Kaiyang Plum Dried Vegetable Soup

Ingredients: Lei Sun, dried plum (washed), Kaiyang (soaked)

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots and clean them

Cut into slices on the chopping board, set aside

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add the cut bamboo shoots and stir fry

Next, combine the washed dried plums and the soaked kaiyang and stir fry

Then, add some water to boil and cook for 10 minutes

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

Add 0.5 tsp salt
