Kaiyang Squid Stir-fried Vegetable Stem

1. Ingredients: Chinese cabbage stems (washed), squid (washed and blanched), Kaiyang

2. Soak Kaiyang in hot water and set aside.

3. Put the washed and blanched squid on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

4. Put the washed green vegetable stems on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.
