This dish was fried in order to eliminate the salted egg yolk left over from making mooncakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I didn't expect it to taste so good. Zai Zai said it was delicious. Salted egg yolk, I decided to buy more in the future.

Ingredients

Sands Color Vegetable Granules

1. Salted egg cooked

2. Let cool, separate the yolk and egg whites, and crush them

3. Cut various vegetables into cubes

4. Boil a bowl of water

5. Put the vegetable cubes in and cook

6. Remove and drain the water

7. Hot oil pan

8. Put the salted egg yolk and egg whites together and stir fry a few times

10. Stir fry evenly

Tips:

One more salted egg can be added.
If you like to eat a little saltier, add more salt before serving.
