Kasda Dried Fruit Toast (bread Machine Version)

Soak the dried fruits in water for half an hour for later use

Put milk, high flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and custard sauce into the bun of the bread machine in order. Note: Avoid direct contact of yeast with sugar and salt.

Start the bread machine program "8 rounds of dough" program. After kneading for 20 minutes, turn off the bread machine (long press the "start stop" button). Put butter in, reselect the "4 sweet bread" program, select "700g" for weight, select "medium" for burn color, and press "start" again.

After kneading the dough (about 40 minutes), take out the dough and the stirring rod, and roll the dough into a rectangular shape.

Sprinkle the soaked dried fruits evenly on top.

Roll up from one side and roll into long strips.

Divide the strip into thirds.

Braid into a braid and pinch both ends tightly.

Put the prepared bread into the bread machine again for fermentation, and the fermentation time is about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Before baking at the end of fermentation, brush the surface of the bread with whole egg liquid and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
