Kelp and Carrot Soup

Dried kelp soaks.

Wash a piece of white radish and shred it.

Heat oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant.

Add the cut kelp and shredded radish and stir fry evenly.

Add water, do not cover the pot, boil and cook for a while until the radishes are cooked to the softness and hardness you like.

Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, sprinkle appropriate amount of seaweed, stir evenly, then turn off the heat and bring out the pot.
