Kelp Bone Soup

Soak dried kelp in warm water and set aside

The meat bones are blanched and rinsed for later use

Put the meat and flesh into the soup pot, add 2 liters of water, add ginger, cooking wine, green onion knots, and bring to a high heat.

Wash kelp and cut into small pieces for later use

When the bone broth is boiled, add the kelp and boil on high heat for about 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and add half a teaspoon of salt!
