Kelp Bone Soup

Ingredients: kelp (soaked and washed), meat bones (blanched)

Put the soaked and washed kelp on the chopping board and cut it.

Put the blanched meat bones and cut kelp into the pressure cooker.

Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.
