Kelp Bone Soup

Chop and wash the big stick bones.

Wash kelp and cut into sections.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of water in a casserole.
4.
Bring to a boil to remove the foam with a spoon.
5.
Add green onion and sliced ginger.
6.
Turn the lid to the heat and simmer for 50 minutes.
7.
Then add the kelp and the right amount of salt.
8.
Cover and simmer for another 25 minutes, turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl.
Tips:
There is mucus on the surface of kelp, which must be cleaned before making it.
Don't add MSG.
