Kelp Braised Chicken Nuggets

Salted kelp is not a pickled product. Wash away the coarse salt from the surface.

Soak in clean water for 8 to 12 hours, during which you can change the water two or three times.

Chop the chicken nuggets.

Cut the kelp into evenly small pieces.

Cover the ginger onions.

Prepare some garlic granules. Keep it intact. If you like mashed garlic, you can put it in before it comes out of the pot.

Add oil to the pot and fry the ginger, onion and garlic.

Add chicken nuggets and stir fry.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry the dark soy sauce well.

Add some boiling water, add a little rock sugar

Add kelp.

Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Put it into a casserole, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.

You can sprinkle some wolfberry or garlic paste.
Tips:
1. It is okay to soak kelp for several hours. It is easy to rot when brewed overnight. The softness depends on personal taste. 2. If you like spicy food, you can add some dried peppers and stir fry.
