Kelp Mixed with Melon Peel

Wash the red hot peppers and soak them in cold water

Wash the kelp and steam it in a steamer

Peel off the green skin of the watermelon skin

Tips:
1. After the dried red pepper is soaked in cold water, it is not easy to paste when it is fried in a frying pan;
