Watermelon rind contains little sugar and is suitable for all kinds of people. Kelp with watermelon peel salad is light and refreshing. It can replenish iodine, calcium, detoxification, weight loss, appetite and promote body fluid, nourish yin and moisturize dryness.

Kelp Mixed with Melon Peel

1. Wash the red hot peppers and soak them in cold water

2. Wash the kelp and steam it in a steamer

3. Peel off the green skin of the watermelon skin

4. Cut the watermelon rind into strips, add a little salt, stir well and marinate for 8 or 9 minutes

5. Cut steamed kelp into strips

6. Squeeze out the water from the marinated watermelon skin, put it together with the kelp, add salt and stir evenly

7. Add MSG and mix well

8. Stir well and put it on a plate

9. Add oil to the wok and heat it up and fry the red hot pepper into the wok until fragrant

10. Pour the chili oil into the dish, stir well and enjoy

Tips:

1. After the dried red pepper is soaked in cold water, it is not easy to paste when it is fried in a frying pan;
2. Like the very crisp taste of the melon skin, you can pickle the skin in advance without salt, and mix it directly after cutting it into strips;
3. Condiments are added according to personal taste, sweet, sour, spicy and very good.
