Kelp Salad

Cut carrots into thin strips and set aside

Boil water in a pot, add the kelp shreds and dry shreds under the water, boil it

Turn off the heat and pour in the carrots and blanch them for a few seconds, then pour all into cold water to cool

Scallions and garlic, chopped into minced pieces
