Kelp Salad

Prepare the materials.

Because it uses dried kelp, soak it in clean water for an hour in advance.

Add water to the pot, boil, add the soaked seaweed shreds to blanch water, then remove and drain the water.

Wash carrots and cut into shreds; cut coriander into sections.

Peel the garlic, chop finely and put it in a small bowl; cut the small red pepper into circles, add to the bowl with the white sesame seeds, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt.

Heat up in another pot, add oil to the pan, and add the garlic while it is still hot.

Put shredded kelp and carrots in a bowl, pour in chili garlic oil and mix well.
