Kelp Salad

Shred the steamed kelp.

Cut the cut seaweed shreds with clean water twice

Add chopped garlic, coriander, chili oil, sugar, salt, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame oil to the kelp in turn, mix well. The chili oil is squeezed by yourself. Clean the dried chilies, add appropriate amount of sesame seeds, heat the oil in a pot and pour it directly on the chilies.
