Tips:
1. I use fresh kelp, so the cooking time is relatively short. If you use soaked dried kelp, the cooking time should be at least 5 minutes, and don't use too cold water, because too cold water will harden the kelp and affect the taste;
2. The amount of seasoning is just my estimate, and adjust it according to personal taste. You must put more vinegar, any kind of vinegar is fine, don’t put too much sugar, just a little bit;
3. Before eating, if it is covered with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator for more than 20 minutes before eating, the taste will be better;
4. It is delicious without sesame oil. If you like spicy food, add spicy oil;
5. Green and red peppers can also be replaced with other root vegetables that can be eaten raw, such as carrots.
