Kelp Salad

Put the yuba in cold water and soak it softly; wash the kelp and soak it in clean water for two hours, and change the water halfway.

Put the prepared ingredients in a pot, then add soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves, and a suitable amount of water; bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to lower heat and cook for 20 minutes

After cooking, soak for an hour and remove. Cut the yuba into thin strips; then add a little salt, coriander, garlic and vinegar.
