Kelp Salad

Soak the seaweed for about an hour, and the seaweed will expand more than 3 times after soaking. Wash and drain the water and set aside.

Cut into silk, the thinner the better.

Add shredded kelp to the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and cook. It is advisable to submerge kelp silk in clear water.

Kelp shreds can be cooked after boiling water for about 10 minutes on low heat. Remove and drain the water after cooking.

Use a large bowl to hold the shredded seaweed, which is good for mixing.

Sprinkle in garlic paste. Just two cloves of garlic.

Sprinkle in the pepper powder, and just a little bit of pepper powder. If you don't like pepper powder, you don't need to add it.

Sprinkle a little sugar and add a spoonful of spicy oil. You can weigh the amount of spicy oil by yourself, just add more spicy ones.

Pour in sesame oil and light soy sauce.

Finally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped peanuts. White sesame seeds and ground peanuts are cooked in the microwave in advance.

Stir evenly and marinate for about 5 minutes to become more flavorful and taste better.
