Kelp Salad
1.
Wash the kelp, put it in a pot and cook for about 15 minutes

Remove the cooked kelp and set aside

Add soy sauce

Then pour the vinegar
5.
Peel and smash garlic
6.
Finally add salt, sesame oil, garlic and stir well
Tips:
If you like chili, you can add chili oil in an appropriate amount to make it more fragrant
