Kelp Salad

It takes about 3 hours to soak the seaweed

Wash the soaked kelp shreds (3 times) and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes, wash the blanched kelp shreds with cold water, drain out the water, wash and chop the coriander

Add seasonings, salt chicken essence, sweet and sour soy sauce, coriander sesame oil, chili, shallot and garlic

Put a little oil in the pot and bring it to a boil, pour it on top, and finally sprinkle some sesame seeds (I put chili oil)
Tips:
The recipe of this dish is simple and easy to learn. You can adjust it according to your family’s taste. You don’t need to put the pepper in the dried seaweed. After soaking, you need to wash it well.
