Nothing tastes good in the hot summer. My husband refused to let me buy it outside, saying it was unhygienic. But there was no way, I was just greedy, haha so I bought the materials myself to make it.

Kelp Salad

1. Soak seaweed 3 hours in advance

2. Shred carrots and parsley into small pieces

3. Blanch the kelp and carrot shreds with boiling water

4. After the water is over, fish directly into the cold water, and then pick up and drain. Waiting for the next step

5. Chopped garlic, chopped pepper

6. Fry the chili with heat

7. Add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, and hot chili oil in a bowl

8. Pour the ingredients on the kelp shreds, stir, and the finished product is ready

Tips:

It's simple, convenient and delicious, and the key is sanitary. Now my husband has no reason not to let me eat anymore, hahaha
