[kelp Stewed Pig's Trotters]-simple Yet Delicious

Wash the trotters and cut them in half, and put cold water into the pot to tighten

Take it out tightly and cut into several pieces

Put it back in the pot and blanch the bleeding foam

Remove the pig's feet and wash, add water to the pot again, add ginger, star anise, pepper, cooking wine and soy sauce after adding the pig's feet; turn to a low heat and simmer after a high heat, add salt after about half an hour

Take the bagged seaweed shreds, wash it several times and soak it

Soak the soybeans too, set aside

When the trotters are simmered until they can be pierced in with chopsticks, add soy beans

Add kelp shreds and simmer until soft
Tips:
If you have enough time, it’s best to simmer on a low heat. If you don’t have so much time, you can press the trotters in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
