Kidney Bean Braised Pork Ribs

Ingredients: ribs, kidney beans, green onions, ginger.

Cut the green onion into large sections and slice the ginger.

Put a little oil in the pot, put the ribs in the pot, and stir-fry on medium heat.

When the ribs are golden brown on both sides, add aniseed, peppercorns and dried hawthorn slices and stir fry.

Add the shallots and ginger slices and continue to stir fry, cook with white wine and light soy sauce and stir well.

Add 2 cm of boiling water before the ribs, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat.

Now let's deal with kidney beans: clean the kidney beans, remove the head and remove the tail, pull off the tendons in the middle and break them into sections.

When the ribs are simmered for 40 minutes, add kidney beans.

Add sugar and salt to taste, and heat up the sauce before serving.

Tips:
1. The head and tail of kidney beans must be pulled off and the tendons on the kidney beans must be pulled off.
2. I didn't blanch the ribs, just fry them directly.
