Kidney Bean Pork Ribs Buns
1.
First of all, we add flour and appropriate amount of yeast powder to live dough with warm water! Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in a sunny place to raise the noodles! Just make it soft and honeycomb!
2.
Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash and set aside
3.
Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil! Wash kidney beans, put them in a pot and cook, and cook until the surface is softer! Then take it out and cut it into small pieces after it is cold until it is not hot!
4.
Chop green onions and chopped green onions for later use. If you like to eat ginger, you can chop some ginger together!
5.
Put the prepared kidney beans, chopped green onion and ribs together, add a tablespoon and a half of salt, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil and soy sauce (I used the ancestral sauce at home, if there is no sauce, you can use soy sauce instead)! Just stir evenly!
6.
Knead the prepared noodles into dough! Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into bun skins!
7.
After the buns are rolled out, wrap the fillings into the skins!
8.
Add the right amount of water to the steamer to boil! Put the wrapped buns in the steamer! Serve on medium heat for 25 minutes!
Tips:
You can pack raw spare ribs!
