Kidney Bean Trotter Soup
1.
The ingredients are as shown in the picture. The white kidney beans are naturally thawed out of the refrigerator; I asked the aunt who sells the meat to cut the trotters, and the aunt burned them with a blowtorch, so that the hair is cleaned thoroughly. Take it back and carefully scrape the trotters with a knife. Wash clean; ingredients: green onion, ginger, grass fruit ready;
2.
Boil the pig's feet in cold water, take it out and wash it with warm water, and then rinse it with tap water several times;
3.
Put the trotters in a casserole, add ginger, green onions and grass fruits, bring to a boil, change to low heat and simmer for more than 2 hours until the trotters are soft and rotten. I simmered for two and a half hours;
4.
Wash kidney beans after thawing, put them in a casserole and simmer for another half an hour;
5.
Stew until the kidney beans are soft and not rotten, just add in the right amount of salt and monosodium glutamate;
6.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion;
Tips:
1. Dry kidney beans need to be soaked in cold water overnight in advance;
2. There is no skill to stew the soup, but you must be patient. I have stewed this soup for three hours. The gum in the pig's feet is stewed into the soup. The soup is thick and white, very delicious, and the pig's feet are also very soft. , It melts in the mouth; the pressure cooker is naturally time-saving, but the taste is not as good as a casserole cooked slowly;
3. The trotters should be cleaned, especially the small fur, otherwise seeing the fur will affect the appetite~
