Kidney Beans Braised Beans

Remove the old tendons from kidney beans, wash them well and control the moisture for later use.

Soak the net pork chops in water for 10 minutes.

Boil the ribs in a pot with boiling water, remove the dried water, and dip a little cornstarch to avoid splashing oil when the pot is in the frying pan.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the green onion and ginger until fragrant, add the ribs, add the cooking wine and light soy sauce, continue to stir fry, about 3 minutes, remove the ribs and set aside.

Don't pour out the oil in the pot, put the kidney beans in, put the bean paste, and stir fry.

When most of the kidney beans are discolored, dig a hole in the middle of the kidney beans.

Put the ribs in the "pit", cover the ribs with kidney beans, and simmer.

Add clean water to the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and the water will cover the ribs and kidney beans.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and put them in the pot, cover the pot, and simmer for about 40 minutes on low heat. It will be out of the pot in 40 minutes.
Tips:
Since the ribs are not easy to boil, you can fry them for a while, or extend the braising time. Kidney beans are braised and stewed. Because of the long time, there will be no unripeness. However, everyone must pay attention to them when frying kidney beans. Unripe kidney beans are poisonous and harmful to the body.
