Kimchi
1.
Wash all cabbage halves, wipe with salt, let it stand for two hours, and then squeeze out the water.
2.
Ginger, garlic, apples and pears are frothed with a stuffing machine.
3.
Add chili powder, 50 grams of salt, and 10 grams of sugar.
4.
Boil 25 grams of glutinous rice flour with 300 grams of water to form a paste, let it cool, and add to step 3.
5.
Then put on disposable gloves and spread the sauce. (Don't be afraid of spicy hands, don't bring them)
6.
Press once after all wipes.
7.
Cover with plastic wrap and eat it after three days. Cut into small pieces to add a little soy sauce and a little MSG to enhance the flavor, or leave it alone.
8.
I made this before and it is ready to eat.
Tips:
I did not kill the cabbage with salt for too long, because I like the crunchy texture.
