Kimchi Beef Udon Noodles

1. Prepare raw materials;

2. Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch and pepper to the shredded beef, mix well, and marinate for a few minutes;

3. Heat up a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the onion and stir fry;

4. Stir-fry the onion for a fragrant flavor, then add the kimchi shreds and stir fry together;

5. Stir-fry for a few times, then pour in appropriate amount of broth or water to boil;

6. Add the udon noodles and scatter them with chopsticks;

7. Add the marinated beef shreds and cook;

8. After the beef shreds change color, add salt and pepper to taste;

9. Put it in a bowl, then put the kimchi on top to garnish

Tips:

1. The beef shreds are marinated in advance, and the beef must be paired with onion shreds;
2. Stir-fried kimchi can restore the spicy flavor more. If you like a stronger flavor, you can add some Korean hot sauce;
3. Udon noodles are cooked and should not be cooked for too long.
