Tips:
The ingredients in steps 8-12 cannot be replaced with other things, otherwise the taste is wrong:
1. Korean kimchi and Korean hot sauce are relatively easy to buy;
2. Korean fish cakes are not easy to find. I just searched on TB and they are sold;
3. Korean fish sauce is different from Thai fish sauce, in which small fish can be seen;
4. The same is true for shrimp paste, you can see small shrimps one by one;
5. Both fish sauce and shrimp paste can increase freshness, and will melt after being heated in the soup.
