Kimchi Cheese Fried Rice

Scatter the cold rice with a spoon.

Boil a pot of boiling water, put 1 tablespoon of salt in the pot, add a cup of mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes, remove and drain.

Tips:
1. Although the rice is not loose to eat, it is still necessary to break up the rice, otherwise every grain of rice will not be covered with sauce.
2. If you feel that it is not enough, you can chop up some spicy cabbage and put it in at the same time as the mixed vegetables.
3. Assorted vegetables are quick-frozen carrot, corn, green beans, and supermarkets usually put them together with quick-frozen dumplings. A cup of mixed vegetables is usually filled with a rice cooker measuring cup.
