Kimchi Dumplings

The vermicelli is soaked in warm water, then chopped and set aside

Use northern tofu as much as possible for tofu, mash it for later use

Just chop the kimchi slightly to make it more delicious

Pour all the ingredients just cut into a large bowl, add scallion, ginger, minced meat, sesame oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, soft white sugar and black pepper, stir well and set aside

Make dumplings. I used the dumpling skin I bought directly today. First squeeze the dumplings, and then use your thumb and index finger to push back and the other forward to make a nice lace.

Put it in a steamer and steam for ten minutes after the water is boiled.
