A friend of South Korea’s authentic spicy cabbage, I tried kimchi pancakes and kimchi pot, and they tasted superb. Today I made kimchi fried noodles with shredded eggs and vegetables. It is not only delicious, but also nutritious.

Kimchi Fried Noodles

1. Cut pork into small slices, slice mushrooms, prepare spicy cabbage

2. Wash the vegetables and prepare two eggs

3. Boil the egg noodles in water until 8 mature

4. Cook the egg noodles and fish out

5. Fatty meat first squeeze oil, add lean meat and stir fry

6. Scrambled eggs

7. Add spicy cabbage and stir fry
