Kimchi Fried Rice

Scrambled eggs and spare

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the rice and stir fry after it is heated, then pour in the scattered eggs and stir fry together

After the rice is fried, add kimchi and continue to stir evenly

Add appropriate amount of salt or leave it alone, sprinkle in chopped green onion and stir-fry for a while.
Tips:
I don’t use leftover rice from overnight. It’s better to use leftover rice from overnight. It's dry, easy to fry, and has distinct grains.
