Kimchi Fried Rice

Wash the radish and cut into thin strips for later use

Kimchi cut into small dices

Stir-fry the shredded radish in a hot pan with cold oil, then add the kimchi, stir-fry, and then add the rice (I am black rice mixed grain rice). Stir-fry with a little kimchi juice. If the taste is heavy, just add some salt and sprinkle the chopped green onion before it is out of the pan. A simple fried rice will be out of the pan.
