Kimchi Seafood Oat Bran Pancakes

The seafood is cleaned and cut into small pieces, kimchi into small pieces, green onions into small pieces, and horseshoes into small pieces.

Add water and eggs to make oat bran into a paste (add more water, oat bran is very absorbent).

Add in small pieces of seafood, spicy cabbage, green onions, and horseshoe, and mix well.

Put a little oil in the pan, scoop a spoonful of the paste into the pan, flatten it slightly with a spatula, and fry until golden on both sides.
Tips:
1. After adding water to the oat bran, be sure to place it a bit more, so that the cake made after fully absorbing the water is more delicious.
2. There are no restrictions on the variety of seafood, just fresh. I chose spicy cabbage for kimchi. Maybe you can try other kimchi. Replace the green onions with leeks for more flavor, but it is difficult to buy leeks here, so I used green onions.
