King Toast

Polish species are made in advance. After adding the yeast to the water to fully dissolve, add the high powder, stir evenly, and ferment at room temperature or put it in the refrigerator to ferment. Wait for bubbles to form on its surface. The honeycomb shape inside is considered as the fermentation is complete.

Put all the ingredients except the butter into the cook machine and knead them into a dough. The salt and the yeast should be placed separately. After the rough film appears, add softened butter and knead out the hand mask

The temperature of the dough should not exceed 28 degrees. Put the dough in the fermentation box, flatten it as much as possible, and make the overall temperature as consistent as possible when it is fermented. Ferment to double the size.

After one serving, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and round them. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

After the loosened dough, press flat, wrap the high-temperature cheese diced inside, and close it tightly.

With the mouth down, place the 6 cheese-wrapped doughs in a toast box staggered. Make a second serve.

After fermenting to 8 minutes full, the surface is coated with egg liquid.

Put the softened butter in the piping bag, cut a small opening, and squeeze it into the depression on the surface of the toast.

Bake for 20 minutes in the oven with 150 on the heat and 200 on the lower heat for 20 minutes, then switch to 150 on the heat and 180 on the lower heat for another 10 minutes.

After being out of the oven, it will be demoulded immediately and placed on a grill to cool down.

Tips:
1. The fermentation time of Polish species should be determined according to the temperature. Whether it is fermentation at room temperature or refrigerated fermentation, the final state is used to judge whether the fermentation is complete
2. Diced high-temperature cheese can not be replaced by other cheeses.
