Kiwi Krafty
1.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add white sugar, baking powder and flour
2.
Slowly pour the milk, and after mixing well, pour in a little olive oil and a few drops of vanilla extract, continue to stir evenly, and pour it into the mold (I used a 7-inch pizza pan mold)
3.
Peel the kiwi fruit, cut into 8 pieces, put in the batter, and sprinkle some almond slices in the gaps. Preheat the oven at 210°C, and bake at 200°C up and down for 40 minutes. Observe in the middle. You can adjust the temperature to about 190°C
4.
Take out after baking
5.
Sift a layer of powdered sugar while it's hot
6.
It's delicious with some coarse sugar
7.
Eat while it's hot
Tips:
1. I put very little amount of white sugar, because family members don't like too sweet and greasy food, you can increase it according to your own taste.
2. The setting of the oven is for reference only.
3. During the baking process, the surface of Krafty will bulge up due to the heat, and will shrink when it is cooled.
