Knife Cut Bread Roll

Put pure water, corn oil, and sugar into the bread bucket; put the flour, and finally put the yeast powder.

Start the dough-making program. Mix the noodles for 30 minutes.

Take the dough out and reunite, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it once.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the fermented dough and knead it to exhaust.

Roll out the dough into long pieces.

Add the washed raisins.

Roll it up from one end.

Cut evenly.

Stand it up with the cross-section facing upwards and slightly tidy it up to become a green body.

Put the green body into the baking tray and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.

Fermented to about 2 times the size.

The oven is 200 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layer for 20 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let cool before serving.
Tips:
1. The amount of yeast powder can be increased, and increasing the amount of yeast powder can speed up the fermentation speed.
