Konjac Stir Fry

Wash green beans, white konjac slices, red peppers and cut into small pieces. Peel garlic.

Put the white konjac slices in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes to remove the flavor. Cool the boiling water too cool.

Boil the green beans for 2 minutes to remove the smell of the beans and drain off the water.
4.
Heat up the garlic and sauté the garlic.
5.
First add the konjac cubes and stir fry.
6.
Add the green beans, add vinegar, salt, and sugar, stir well, add half a bowl of water and cook for 3 minutes.
7.
Put the red pepper and stir fry to turn off the heat.
