Konjac Tofu

1. Konjac cut into strips

2. Boil water in a pot on medium heat for 3 minutes

3. Spicy chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and millet

4. Heat oil in a pot and saute shallots, ginger and garlic

5. After sautéing, add bean paste and fry until fragrant

6. After the red oil is exceeded, go to the konjac

7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stir fry evenly

8. Pour in water and simmer for 5 minutes

9. Heat the sauce and make it out of the pot
