Korean Cheese and Seafood Porridge

The rice is soaked in water for 30 minutes in advance, and then used to cook porridge.

Add shrimp to the cooked porridge and cook the corn kernels for about 5 minutes.

Before the porridge is out of the pan, add the cheese sauce and stir evenly, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a few minutes.
4.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The amount of water for normal porridge cooking is about 1:8, and the ratio of water is increased or decreased according to personal preference.
2. The cheese sauce itself is paste-like and melts easily, so you don't need to add it to the pot and cook it together.
