Korean Cold Noodles

Soak the cold dry noodles in water for half an hour, boil a pot under water, cook for 2-3 minutes without hard cores, remove them, and rinse with water repeatedly until there is no mucus

One tablespoon of sesame paste, one tablespoon of Korean hot sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of white vinegar, two tablespoons of kimchi juice, and one teaspoon of honey. Mix well. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
