Korean Force Hot Pot
1.
Saute the garlic slices and add 50 grams of hot sauce (no Korean hot sauce, I use hot sauce instead), stir fry, pour in boiling water and boil, add appropriate amount of salt.
2.
Wash the dirty stuff in the belly of the octopus, and scrub the surface of the mussel.
3.
Slice the tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and sausage.
4.
Put all the ingredients into the soup one by one and boil for 15 minutes.
5.
Finally, put the noodles in for 2 minutes and start eating.
Tips:
The octopus cannot be cooked for a long time, otherwise the shrinkage will be severe.
