Korean Fried Chicken

Ingredients: chicken legs, milk, eggs, flour, cooking wine, five-spice powder, salt, sugar, Korean hot sauce, tomato paste

Clean the drumsticks, make a few strokes on the surface after drying, and make the strokes as deep as possible, so that it tastes good.

1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 bag of milk, stir well and marinate for 30 minutes

Mix two eggs with 100 grams of flour into a paste and wrap them evenly on the chicken legs

You can choose any part of the chicken to make, it is also delicious!
If you like spicy food, you can add more spicy sauce. You don’t have to limit it to Korean spicy sauce. You can also chop pepper sauce.
