Korean Fried Chicken

Add the milk, cooking wine, ginger, salt, and black pepper to the chicken. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Put flour, starch, and eggs in a bowl and mix well.

Wrap in batter and deep-fried.

Put oil, Korean hot sauce, sugar, cooking wine, honey, tomato sauce, minced garlic and pepper in the pot and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Add chicken nuggets, stir fry evenly, add crushed peanuts, stir fry evenly.
