Korean Fried Noodles

Cook the noodles first, you should use cut noodles or ramen noodles, and the noodles I use are also very good.

Dice potatoes, dice spring onions, dice carrots, cucumbers, and dice meat.

Prepare the wok, put in the diced meat, diced carrots, and diced potatoes and fry for a while, wait until the meat is cooked, then add the shallots, cucumber, and fry until it is cooked, then put in Korean fried sauce, stir fry a few times, and add a little water. Simmer for a while, wait until the potatoes are cooked, if not cooked, add some water.
