Korean Fried Vegetables

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add flour to eggs.

Then add salt, pepper, chicken essence and appropriate amount of water.

Stir until there is no granular batter.
5.
Wash all the vegetables and cut into thin slices.
6.
Batter the vegetables.
7.
Pour olive oil into the pan and fry the battered vegetables.
8.
Remove the oil from both sides slightly yellow.
9.
It can be re-fried again to make it more crispy.
10.
Put it on absorbent paper and suck out the oil.
Tips:
The oil temperature of fried vegetables is very important. When the oil temperature is low, the vegetables and batter are easy to disperse, and when the oil temperature is high, the vegetables are easy to be fried.
Therefore, the oil temperature is the highest again at 170 degrees.
Add an egg to the vegetable batter to make it more fluffy and taste better.
Fried vegetables can be served with salt and pepper or sweet chili sauce.
