This is a Korean-style barbecue. The main ingredients are chicken drumsticks and Korean spicy sauce. The reason why the whole chicken leg is not roasted, but the chicken leg is cut and roasted, one is that it is delicious; the other is that it is so mature. Take a look if you like.

Korean Grilled Chicken Nuggets

1. Cut the chicken leg and clean it up

2. Add cooking wine, a tablespoon of Korean hot sauce, salt, pepper and appropriate amount of red fermented bean curd juice, marinate for a day and night (fresh bag refrigerator)

3. On the grill

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, bake for 10 minutes, then take it out

5. Brush a layer of honey water on the surface (honey: water=1:1)

6. Continue to bake for 8 minutes
